I chose this hotel for attending a convocation and it provided excellent facilities for managing my business issues and staying up to date, even during my vacation. The hotel's amenities were top-notch and allowed me to work comfortably and efficiently. The staff was also very accommodating and made my stay hassle-free.

The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated space or business center where I could hold meetings or work privately. This would have been a valuable addition to the already great facilities provided by the hotel.

The cleanliness was absolutely mind-blowing everywhere, from the hotel to the pool area. The hotel's location, with everything within 10-15 minutes walking distance, was super convenient. The à la carte breakfast created a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere, which perfectly matched the hotel style. The pool was jaw-dropping, with a consistent depth of 1.1m and hardly any other guests using it. The room was spacious and had a nice balcony. The internet speed was good throughout most of the areas. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Keramoti beach was just a 7-minute walk away.

The Oak Hotel is my go-to place in Keramoti. Always helpful staff, even returned my forgotten jewellery. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, parking, 24-hour reception, restaurant, outdoor dining area, and pool. Looking forward to coming back for Christmas.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness and facilities. The location close to the beach and restaurants was convenient. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is conveniently located close to a large sandy beach and just a short walk away from restaurants and shops. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and nice balconies. The breakfast is really good and the staff provides excellent service. The swimming pool area is very pleasant and the depth of the pool is perfect for a relaxing swim.

The lighting in some of the rooms could be improved as it may not be very convenient to use.

I absolutely adored the design of The Oak Hotel. The lobby area was beautifully styled with a modern industrial touch. It felt elegant, stylish, and very welcoming to senior people like me. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility was excellent. The general areas were easily accessible, and I had no trouble navigating around the hotel. It was a relief to find that everything was conveniently located, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is more attentive and respectful service from the staff. It would have been nice if the children working there could show more consideration and politeness towards the guests.

Likes – My recent city trip was made even better by my stay at this hotel. With its modern design, the comfortable and spacious rooms, and the great open-air swimming pool, I couldn't have been more pleased. The location is ideal, situated just a few minutes walk from the Aegean Sea and close to the heart of the city. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. I really enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff who were always ready to assist with any question I had.

Dislikes – The only downside was that the room rate felt a bit high compared to what was offered. I also noticed a few mosquitoes in the area, but the good news was that the hotel had insect screens on the windows which kept them out.
